Step 1

Contact your assigned Family Service Counselor to inform of your intention to enroll child(ren) into the camp program.

Step 2

Discuss camp registration and payment arrangements with your Family Service Counselor.

Step 3

Camp registration form to be completed
by caregiver or Family Service Counselor.

Step 4

Camp registration fees paid in accordance with each case management organizational policy.

Step 5

Foster parents reimbursed (if applicable).
