On Friday, Oct. 28, 12 children found permanency through adoption at the Duval County courthouse. Family Support Services and Duval County Judge Michael Kalil hosted a Halloween adoption event, with FSS staff, courtroom staff, and families invited to dress in costume to add a festive touch to the ceremony.
