Transparency (§409.988 Compliance)
Family Support Services of North Florida is a community-based care lead agency contracted with the Department of Children and Families. We strive for transparency in financial stewardship and our practices that ensure safety, stability and quality of life for children in our care.
As of 10/31/2024:
- The average caseload of case managers, including only filled positions is 17.67.
- The total number of case managers who have 25 or more cases on their caseloads is 20 and the percentage of case managers who have 25 or more cases on their caseloads is 16.95%.
- The turnover rate for case managers and case management supervisors for the previous 12 months is 39.02%.
- The percentage of required home visits completed is 99.75%.
- Performance on outcome measures required pursuant to s. 409.997 for the previous 12 months can be found here and here.
- The number of unlicensed placements for the previous month is 0.
- The percentages and trends for foster parent and group home recruitment and licensure for the previous month can be found here.
- The percentage of families being served through family support services is 22.02%, in-home services is 37.17%, and out-of-home services is 40.80% for the previous month.
- The percentage of cases that were converted from nonjudicial to judicial for the previous month is 0.3%.
